ESMOD opens a new version of its “Creative Director” program, combining work and training (alternance). This program will enable students to pursue their studies while directly starting a 2-year professional experience.
Recently recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research & Innovation, the “Creative Director” degree attracts many international and French students willing to start their own brands or learn how to manage creative teams within an established label.
The diploma is currently accredited with Level 7 registration (Bac + 5) and aims to provide students with a thorough knowledge of general business dynamics. The program also enables them to develop a creative concept in the field of fashion or design (from both a technical and economical perspective).
Today, ESMOD opens a new version of the degree, combining work and training (alternance). This program will enable students to pursue their studies while directly starting a 2-year professional experience. The courses will remain the same and be adapted to the pace of the training.
The degree lasts two years and follows a monthly alternate pattern of 3 weeks at work, 1 week in class. Its contents are organized in 4 teaching units: Creation (construction of the design project, product development, sustainability…), Business (courses on branding, marketing, communications…), Fashion Studies (Fashion culture, Introduction to research in the fashion field), and Career Development (interpersonal communications, CSR, Clo 3D workshop…).
The degree will conclude with a final thesis on a topic that students will elaborate during their studies and defend before a professional jury. Together with the presentation of their design project, these steps will mark the end of the program and are mandatory to obtain the Level 7 diploma.
